A well maintained and spacious library and reading room stocked with the latest reference books and textbooks is available for the pharmacy students. The library also subscribes National and International journals online journal database like Delnet, Micromedex and newspapers for keeping the students and faculty abreast of the latest development in pharmaceutical science.

Digital Library will be set up to preserve and provide instant access to knowledge generated within the campus for the overall development of GIET School of Pharmacy. Digital Library is functioning as institutional repository and covers full text resources like faculty and students publications, power point presentations, thesis, dissertation, academic projects, audio & video lectures, conference proceedings, events of photographs, news paper clippings and many more.

The library offers services such as reference, lending facility, current awareness service; information alert (SMS, E-Mail) service, Table of Content of Journal, reprography service, Reservation of Books, Audio, Video, Long Range Search & Online Public Access Catalogue (OPAC) can be accessed on intranet. The library used barcode and biometric technology for computerized circulation system.
